The Challenge:
This client, a world leader in heavy equipment manufacturing and aftermarket parts distribution, engaged our firm to analyze and re-engineer their New Product Launch process following issues raised to their BOD related to poor fill rate performance to their North American dealer network.

Results:

  • Improvement from 87.5% fill rate to 95% for Agriculture and 98% for Construction Equipment.
  • Integrated more than 10 disparate systems and databases into a single system and standardized process.
  • Captured “Tribal Knowledge” and created position playbooks.
  • Digitized forecasting to ensure common method utilized.
  • Developed autonomous alerts for predictive and preventive back-order management.
