One of the top academic hospital networks in the US and one of the leading health care supply chain organizations seeking to stay ahead of looming pressure to reduce their Cost-To-Serve, engaged Quantumlytix to conduct comprehensive network optimization Value Stream Analysis across their company’s Finance and Supply Chain operations as they prepared to become the flagship organization for a much larger network.

The Goal:

Identify capacity constraints and “Achilles heels” that would impede and pose risk in the strategy to provide network level Finance and Supply Chain service support to future affiliates.

Results:

Provided executives and senior management team with a 2 year implementation plan supported by detailed findings, project opportunity analysis and financial business case.
