The Challenge:
A distressed regional distributor of durable medical equipment engaged our company to help turnaround their business and make them profitable.

Results:
We implemented a management operating system and led a Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee continuous improvement efforts. The business model and job functions were restructured, processes were re-engineered, and Positional Playbooks were developed for new roles. We restructured their current P&L to depict the true contribution margin for each of their business segments. Additionally, we built dashboards and metrics to measure work-in-process. All these efforts were accomplished using a change management perspective.
